We offer a lifetime warranty on our mobile cases which means if the design fades, we will replace it free of cost.

We offer a 30 days money back guarantee for defective products.

On other products, we offer a 1 year warranty free of cost.

Accidental damage, Wrong Installation, Wear and tear are not covered under this warranty. 

If you find a manufacturing defect and the product is in unused form, please contact us on the below mentioned email support and we will definitely help you.

Damage during transit should be reported within 30 days from the delivery of the product where we will provide a replacement free of cost.

Processing of replacement takes 2 days and it might take up to 5 business days for your replacement to arrive.

For International replacements, it might take up to 10 business days to arrive.

Warranty Disclaimer

This warranty is only valid on Original LinePin products purchased from LinePin.

If the product purchased is no longer available or no more manufactured then LinePin will replace it with a similar product or will provide an offer for a similar priced product, LinePin reserves the right to make the final decision. Warranty offers are not valid on promotions unless specified in the promotion.

LinePin reserves the right to inspect the product before a warranty claim and also reserves right to reject any warranty claim which it deems unfair or misuse of service and the final decision will lie with Brand name's sole discretion.

LinePin is not liable for any direct or indirect consequences, losses and damages, whatsoever from the use of LinePin products.

LinePin reserves the right to change its policy without any further notice and the updated policy will be applicable to products purchased in the past as well.
