Warranty

All LinePin products come with a 1 Year hassle free warranty against manufacturing defects. LinePin will repair or replace the defective product or any defective parts. If due to any circumstances, repair or replacement cannot be made of the product, LinePin may choose to refund the purchase price paid by the customer for that product.
Warranty Registration is required after purchasing the product in order to make Warranty Claims. To register your warranty, please go to the Support page or follow the instructions provided along with the product. A valid proof of purchase may be required to complete your warranty service request.

Shipping and Delivery

LinePin offers free expedited shipping on all orders. All orders are dispatched within 1 business days which will usually be delivered to you within 2-4 business days depending on your location. Our delivery network covers all locations across India. Once the order is placed, you will be notified and a tracking number will be sent on the provided email and phone number.

Payments

We accept both Online Payments and Cash On Delivery.

Returns and Refund

Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. To be eligible for returns, products must be unused and in the condition it was received in its original packaging along with the proof of purchase.


Refunds

Upon receiving back the item, we will immediately notify you the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund within 7 business days through the original mode of payment. In case the payment method was Cash On Delivery, the amount will be credited to your LinePin Wallet or your bank account.


Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. In case you would like to cancel your order, please write us on support@linepin.com or login to your LinePin Account to cancel the order.
