Returns, Refund and Exchange

We try our best to bring a smile on your face, still if you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you have ordered a wrong item then we have a dedicated team for refunds and returns.

Our products have a 30 days money back guarantee which means that items can be returned for refund which meets the following criteria:

  • Products should be purchased from LinePin and you need to provide the original purchase invoice. 
  • The products should be in their original packaging with all the contents. 
  • The cost of return will be incurred by the buyer unless stated by our support team. Broken items do not need to be shipped back as this is not required for refund/replacement.
